The company was established by Ayo Ojuroye and Kunle Soname who are its Chief Executive Officer and chairperson respectively. In 2022, The company became the main sponsor/partner of the Nigeria Professional Football League. The company was the headline sponsor of the 2019 edition of Big Brother Naija.
