Determining which Missouri casino has the best payout can be challenging, as payout rates can vary by game, time, and casino management practices. Generally, casinos do not publicly disclose specific payout percentages for their games. Missouri’s gambling laws restrict casinos to riverboat facilities located on two main rivers or within 1,000 feet on artificial bodies of water.
Called the Big "M" Casino, these two casino boasts sail out of Little River, South Carolina, (just north of Myrtle Beach). The other casinos in Virginia will be in Bristol (162 miles away), as well as the more-distant, Norfolk, and Portsmouth.
